95 Dodge Ram 1500 Troubleshooting Question?

I have a 95 Ram 1500, 5.2/318 2x4 184000 miles. When I apply the brakes, the truck shakes/shudders. If apply the brakes hard, it stops smoothe. I don't think the accelerator itself shakes in the process, just the truck. I also have an almost continuous shake/bounce in the truck due to a warped tire and I don't know if this is the cause of that brake shake too. Will be getting a new set of tires next week. Brakes appear to be good, and I changed the springs in the back 2 drums. Is this a caliper issue? Brake line issue? I love my truck and need to be able to enjoy driving it again.
