PDF help...there is no "help"...resizing doent to fit standard copy paper??

I have to print and send a copy of one of my bills that I only recieve online (I do not recieve a paper bill). When I click on the current bill it comes up in PDF format with an Adobe reader (which has been updated). Fine. But the bill, as shown, is for 8.5 x 14 inch paper. I do not have 8.5 x 14 inch paper. I cannot seem to figure out how to print this doent to a standard 8.5 x 11 inch copy paper and whenever I try resizing the doent, and printing, it only makes it a smaller view on screen but still cuts off the printed doent. There is no "HELP" on anywhere (that I can plainly see) on this Adobe reader. It cuts off the top and bottom of the bill when printed...how can I change this?
