How can I tell where he gets these chain emails from?

I have a "friend" that sends me joke/funny sometimes ually suggestive emails. We have a past and he tries to get me to go out with him again.I wonder where he gets these emails from.I ume they're from other women that he's seeing but denies it.I want to know who they originated from.Is there anyway to figure that out?
