Do people from other faiths quote the Quran out of context?

I wish people who complain about this - and it's done far more often by Xians than Muslims - but in any event I wish they would demonstrate knowledge of what context is and how it can be applied. Just yelling out the word as if it debunks any criticism is a sign of idiocy.
