You have to make an honest effort to complete your paperwork and send in forms and take other actions in a timely manner to complete the sale. It sounds like you have done that part. It's the title company and lender that aren't making an honest effort to resolve the legal requirements of the format of a doent. Talk to your agent to see what your options are.
