Which NBA team would be a title contender?

Team 1. The other teams have waay too many chokers. But if everyone is in their prime then team 2 with Shaq could be a contestent. We've already seen what a healthy Dwayne Wade and Shaq combo can do to the NBA. But those two would have to carry the team judging by the surrounding chokers- I mean players.
