Are little kids learning mature things fast these days?

I have a little sister who knows a little too much but what SHOCKED me was that when I picked her up from school was that the kids that goes there had some of the worse foul langauge I ever heard(F#%k,Pu$$#,N word, conversation,anything that you hear in a scarface movie).And these kids were only 1st and 2nd grader!!!
