How does she get here hair to look like this?

Vey large curling iron and hair putty, pomade, or whatever they are calling it these days. Use the iron to make the "waves" and then piece it out with the pomade. (In case I am not using the proper term for the product its like hair wax, it comes in a shllow jar, close to like a tuna can. It is thick kinda like chapstick. Use your fingers to seperate sections and apply the "wax")
