Is an 80+ MPH fastball necessary to have a chance to pitch in college?

My 4 seam fastball tops out at 74-76 MPH on a mound but I have pretty good control and I change speeds often. I have a 2 and 4 seam fastball, an overhand 11-5 curve, a changeup, and a knuckleball. I can throw each for a strike and I also change arm angles. In Nov. of '06 I had surgery to repair a torn labrum in my shoulder. Do I even have a chance at pitching in college?
