Is it fair to hate all Muslim people, when only a small percentage did all the damage?

I would say that only by default. For example, if I were Jewish, and all Muslim people hated Jewish people, then by default, I would hate all Muslim people because they hate me. I'm not saying that Muslim people do hate Jewish people, nor am I Jewish, nor do I hate all Muslim people. I do have to say, though, I hate the Muslims that did do damage. Not because they are Muslims, but because of what they did. No matter how misguided you are, you should be able to understand that murder is wrong.
