Is it ok to date a guy 2 yrs younger than you??

this guy i no is lovely, hes sweet, funny and really well mannered. he treats me like a princess at work and i think he likes me. but im not sure because hes really lovely to everyone. there is just a nice vibe i get off him but i wont approach him because he is younger. what should i do??
