My dog hit the back of his head and seems like he is paralyzed?

he was in my lap and squirming around while i was holding him sitting in a chair, as she was moving around the back of her head hit the chair aand she suddenly collapsed. Now she is laying motionless and breathing really hard and throwing up and shaking as well. CAN ANYONE HELP???
