So is Manny Pacquiao a speed hitter or a hard hitter?

I was just wondering because I'm an amatuer boxer and I have all speed and little power, but I thought of "Pacman" himself and i always though he was a speed hitter instead of a power hitter, until i read a couple articles saying he was a power hitter and that Mayweather Jr. is faster than him. Does anyone know what type of hitter he is?
