In Pok�mon Gold, when the internal battery runs dry can you still breed Pok�mon to obtain eggs?

Yes you can still breed when your eternal battery has run dry and because ditto can breed with evee you will get and egg. However, because the eternal battery died you may experience problems with getting the same ivs because of the RNG not functioning properly.
